Dr. Lizarraga was wonderful. She is very thorough. However, I feel a little disappointed in the office's organization. I booked my appointment at 9:10 AM, but wasn't seen until 10:30 ish. I waited in the waiting room for a while, which was fine. Nurse brought me back, took my weight and blood pressure, which was again, fine. However I waited in the exam room for almost 20 minutes before I needed to let someone know. I didn't finish the exam until 10:50 ish and I had another appointment scheduled for 11am. I chose the 9am appt for the doctor because I thought 9am would provide me ample time to make my way over after this appointment. Made it to the other appointment by the skin of my teeth.

My experience was superb from the beginning to the end. My nurse was super nice and she asked questions and explained herself thoroughly. She’s an asset to your establishment. Dr. Lizarraga is the Best! She cares about her patients and treat you with the upmost respect. She’s knowledgeable, polite, courteous and have a very good bedside manner.
