My docror was garbowas i called in becouse i was bleeding for 3weeks. Im 53 , it seems that the question that i was asking were not the information that i have wanted . I ask about premenopse symptoms and all i got maybe with all my breaserch about premenopse i found out the symptoms i was experiencing! He took blood test and i had to wait more then a week for any respond, i have called the office left a messg becouse i do have anemic at time. They aswer was " you coming in on friday wich was a week plus later will talk . I was expecting at least the nurse to calm my nurves and tell the reasolt . And on friday apt to have the regular test which was ultrasound! I dont recommend the office nore this doctore still havent got a call ! Its seems to me that i was only person in line im still bleeding and no call !! Transferd to another doctore! Premenopse symptoms are serius and i found not alot of doctore can answer question .

Doctor Lizarraga, is "excellent"!
Very attentive and shows interest in the patient.
The attendant who prints the exams to be performed must look for ways to help the patient attend future procedures with a more "good
attitude and disposition", looking for ways to provide clear information to the patient. If we ask something, it's because we need to understand something better, and we want to leave there, confident, without a doubt, with the information of what we should do.
The good attitude and interest are evident, regardless of any barrier (e.g. language).
