Muy buena probesional

I was pretty nervous going in. But everyone was very nice and understanding. Especially Nicole! She was VERY empathetic! She heard all of my concerns and she was also straight to the point with my dilemmas as well. And she immediately took care of explaining in detail what was my issue. Thank you Nicole you are definitely more than just my GI doctor. You are also a great listener like a therapist. I appreciate you and please continue doing the great work you are doing!!

Doctor Lizarraga, is "excellent"! Very attentive and shows interest in the patient. The attendant who prints the exams to be performed must look for ways to help the patient attend future procedures with a more "good attitude and disposition", looking for ways to provide clear information to the patient. If we ask something, it's because we need to understand something better, and we want to leave there, confident, without a doubt, with the information of what we should do. The good attitude and interest are evident, regardless of any barrier (e.g. language).

Dr Patrich was amazing and answered all of my questions but the lady at front desk asked me personal questions in front of all of the patients in the waiting room and her insensitivity made me uncomfortable. I don't think it is appropriate to ask a patient if she needs an std test in front of other patients. I kept trying to speak and she kept talking over me and was very unprofessional.

Long waiting time! Scheduled for 9am appointment and wasn’t seen until an hour later!!! It seems tooo many appts are scheduled at the same time! Waiting was full when I arrived at 8:50am and more followed after I arrived!

I have to say that I was offended and embarrassed with the questions on the form I filled out. what sex were you at time of birth? What is my sexual preference and how do I identify myself. I felt disgusted in having to answer those questions and left it blank. It’s sad.

Dr. Lizarraga was wonderful. She is very thorough. However, I feel a little disappointed in the office's organization. I booked my appointment at 9:10 AM, but wasn't seen until 10:30 ish. I waited in the waiting room for a while, which was fine. Nurse brought me back, took my weight and blood pressure, which was again, fine. However I waited in the exam room for almost 20 minutes before I needed to let someone know. I didn't finish the exam until 10:50 ish and I had another appointment scheduled for 11am. I chose the 9am appt for the doctor because I thought 9am would provide me ample time to make my way over after this appointment. Made it to the other appointment by the skin of my teeth.

She was very kind and attentive. She explained everything perfectly, if I had any questions Dr. Chona did not hesitate to answer. For any ladies that feel insecure about getting a Pap smear, do not be ashamed because they know how make someone feel comfortable.

My experience was superb from the beginning to the end. My nurse was super nice and she asked questions and explained herself thoroughly. She’s an asset to your establishment. Dr. Lizarraga is the Best! She cares about her patients and treat you with the upmost respect. She’s knowledgeable, polite, courteous and have a very good bedside manner. She makes you feel very comfortable and don’t mind returning back to see her again. She’s an asset to your establishment!!!

I shared my thoughts with the staff. They were very nice informative and helpful. This is not usual for a medical office. Im satisfied so far with my experience.
